definitely looks like some kind of spyware.
i suggest all of you install a-patch for whatever messenger version you have installed, it disables ads and the like on your msn windows - should stop that pop up too.

I have the 2009 version. My computer doesn't like the doesn't version it just freezes every 2secs

I haven't used MSN in years but it seems like it's related to an advert on MSN trying to download a file for no good reason. It's coming from the MSN domain so it's probably safe.

Been getting it for a couple of days didn't know it was due to msn until earlier as I downloaded a font yesterday and thought it was due to tjat. I just push cancel is that bad?

No Samanfa, even if you save the mysterious popup from rad.msn.com it wont stop it from asking again, try to follow the guide on the link I proved earlier, it helped stop the popup from happening to me.
