Hello! Slow month as you can tell, unfortunately it has been exam/work period for us lot so we've been busy!

Although I have forgot to update you on what we have changed!

New worlds:
- New games include:
Race: Multiplayer Races where you can challenge others for first place on skilled maps
Minigames world:
- Single player: Minefield (work you through the invisible maze of mines), Zelda Maze (the mazes that'll make you lose you sanity, find your way to the end), Archery (Test your shooting skills)
- Co-op [2 players]: Blind Mazes ( One person is blind, the other persons job is to direct them through the maze!)
More games are on their way!

HAYYYY Im officially back to the server!!! Im starting a new Mountain Top Village (its in Extreme mountains and they're like 150-210 high) They'res also a flatland which is next to it on either side.

Quick suggestion, but why dont you guys just make a clan on a different server? No uptime worries, you guys just play about somewhere else and dont have to worry about management or anything like that.

There's no need for it when, the server doesn't need maintenance too it as of yet, updates on the server aren't anyone's priority within CI.
However, the server is still online and is up 24/7. People are online but due to timezone's it's hard to tell if you're going to meet anyone on it!
Quick suggestion, but why dont you guys just make a clan on a different server? No uptime worries, you guys just play about somewhere else and dont have to worry about management or anything like that.

To be honest we all get to the point where we get bored of minecraft and need a break... but we always come back to it when we have rested and make it better!...I've lost interest and only go on just to play about... need to rest before I get back into building stuff :)

You'd probably be better off waiting a while (Especially with world wipes) as 1.8 is due out tomorrow iirc? Although bukkit may take a week or so to update (hopefully a lot quicker than usual if Jeb has indeed taken over development).

oh yeah so it is, i really hope it is quicker than the 1.7 update that took nearly a month (cant remember which edition that was)

Yeah the initial 1.7.2 update took about 2-3 months iirc (about christmas time last year wasn't it before it finished)

Jeb is supposedly taking over development since Evil + TNT resigned (if they still have, idk) so it should be a lot quicker to update as they don't need to find whats been updated (codewise) and implement their own changes into craftbukkit.

I'd be interested in playing survival once 1.8 is up. Because we can play single player so easily with snapshots, it's quite annoying having servers so far behind.

biggest update I think is the enchanting (uses lapis lazuli and less levels taken from you now), endermites (spawn when enderman is teleing or players use enderpearl), guardians (ocean monument mobs), elder guardians (boss-like guardian basically, 3 per ocean monument), sponges in survival, rabbits, changes to food + ton of new blocks

I have somewhat lost interest in Minecraft at the moment. Probably didn't help with the whole Bukkit situation and whether there would be a good enough replacement for 1.8 but from what I can gather spigot is making some great progress.

So maybe we could come back when that has been released - Who knows. Depends on what you all want.

Calum is busy currently with various school orientated topics such as his current trip to Africa and some recent GCSEs.
Apart from that the server is just baring a few administration features to be tweaked including final details.

Id expect the server to be up in the next 2-3 months possibly sooner!

Its not the fact that 1 person is away its also the fact that administration and building work is still needed which hasnt been easy for Jazz and her cousins since her recent events which I will not disclose.

The person wasnt tasked with it at all, they offered to take up some maintainence with the server, Stuff happens in real life meaning things have to be stopped or take a slower approach and thats whats happening now.
We dont have a large team within the server therefore things that needed to happen wont anyway, because the majority of the people are away or experiencing issues.

So let me summarise: It will take a while...

The server you connected to was a very old map from a good few years ago from one of the original Minecraft servers this forum used. It was put online to for old times sake as we went round seeing the old builds.

I've turned Minecraft off completely. Seeing as no one has any time for this at the moment and I currently do not have interest in Minecraft I have decided to un-stick this thread for the time being.

Maybe when I have interest in the game again I may come back to this thread.
