[INFO] Skilling Competitions

Hey All :)

Shortly i will be organising a few competitions again, hoping to keep the users of this forum active, as well as hopefully bring in a few new ones.

The Skilling Competitions will be arranged as follows;

Each Competition will last for 2 Weeks.
Users of this Forum will 'Vote' for the Skill they would like the competition to be based on.
Users must sign up, for the competition should they wish to be entered into it. - By PM'ing me there Runescape Username stating there interest
The Competition will be split up into 3 Groups, Initiate, Intermediate and Advanced (Each group having a main winner, which group your placed in depends on your level in that skill)
The Competition will be tracked using; Runetrack.


Prizes; Are still to be Determined however you shall recieve a nice Signature bar stating the competiton you entered, your runescape name and also the place you came in the competition - All will follow the forum rules so that no forum rules/sizes will be over the required amount.

Even if there isnt personally i dont see why we shouldnt have competitions like this running, obviously if there isnt much interest to 'fill' the 3 groups there may have to be some handicaps.

Could also be a good way to re-introduce the 'Habbox Chat' friends chat.

I've been playing on and off but I'm going to start posting around here a little more. Good idea wrenchy :P and the habbox chat was good. We should give it another go.

Ye i interested though have exams, did actually vote for fishing, mainly cause I want to get it up, excuse to train a skill I hate !!!

doubt many people will use habbox chat fc as most use clan fcs for avatars, or fc's for cs/ls etc.

personally i'd never use a habbox chat FC either, better off using IRC

lmao i remember this what a flop everybody else gave up cos i got 1m exp in 1 day

would like to see a return of this too, I have a few skills I need some sort of incentive to train. :P

I remember HxF did this way way back (maybe 2007ish?) and I came 2nd in a Fishing Week where I got from about 60 to level 76 (Hardly any XP at all...)

It would be interested, but I'm unsure if I'd do it, unless it was one of the skills I'm planning on doing next...
