Right, in our a-level history exam but also in an English exam today.

Theirs a guy, and when the exam invigulator told us all to put our pens down and to close our papers, he was still writing. Even when they where collecting them in he was still writing and when the examiner got by him he stood for about 3 minutes why he writing and the invigorator just took it off him. He repeated this in an English exam today and this time the invigorator told him to stop specifically to him after waiting. Even though it's only an extra 3-5 minutes everyone in the sixth form including me is finding it unfair because he's getting extra time. Suppodlsy he's been warned by the head of year.

Everyones saying he should be disqualified for it, but is this possible?

I'd report it if I was in your position. It's extremely annoying when you're half-way through a sentence in your conclusion and the time is up; it's simply not fair that someone else should get any more time than the rest of you. Report it to higher management because the invigilators are most likely at fault too.

Yeah, I've been told it was reported to our head of year and she has said she will take some sort of action on it.

Never really been in this position however a Muslim boy gets an extra 15 mins added onto every exam he has because he needs to translate some words or something.

That's not fair at all.

So far I've always finished the exams I'm in, but it must be so annoying if you get 'cut off' before you've finished and then to watch this person getting a few minutes extra.

Yes its only a few minutes, but that could be the difference between one grade and another and its not fair.

Definately report that to examaning bodies, find it so annoying that I end things mid sentance, why should other people be allowed to finish like that is beyond me, he would definately be disqualified for that or at least have some marks knocked off his paper since I know they sometimes do that too, tbh that's worse then taking equipment your not meant to in imo.
