oo. excitiing.

My thoughts exactly ;)

Looks like a good site tbh, I like your design, it's very easy to navigate around but there doesn't seem to be much content in specific areas, e.g...

http://teenarea.co.uk/male.php (Yeah ok i chose the 1 with a half-nude man ) only has 1 picture and http://teenarea.co.uk/teens.php only has 2 stories and there doesn't seem to be an archive to all stories or something? If this is 'cause you've just completely changed the site - then my apologies.

Only improvement I could suggest is expanding the "Reviews" section to include other gaming platforms - Wii, PS3, Nintendo 3DS or w.e and so on :P

Good site though.

If you say your website is for people aged 12, why do you have semi naked celebrities on there?

12-24 is quite a big age gap, You ether appeal to one or the other 12-16 or 16+
Shouldn't really be mixing them up with semi naked aduly pornography, could have some serious legal battles if this ever makes a success.

This. You're lucky if a twelve year old boy can ejaculate properly. I don't know why you think marketing 'semi-naked' celebs to him is something smart.

Yep you guessed it right, we generally have a lot more content on TeenArea (in-fact that's mostly our best point!!). However due to the new website, we've removed all the older articles.

Thanks for your ideas as-well, the hope is to include more reviews. However I'm the only main reviewer at the moment which makes it incredibly hard to find the time.

We've only really advertised "naked celebs" on forums. On our site, it clearly doesn't mention anything about porn/semi-naked celebs. Yes it shows bodies, but I've seen a lot worse on national TV Programmes, so if they can get away with it before the watershed, I don't see why I can't?

Also Jasey, I was ************ by that time.

Have you all actually seen the pictures we're posting? They aren't really porn.

You advertising half naked celebs to 12 year olds... In some people's minds that'd be classed as sick in the head.
You can't just do that, i'd even say if you were targetting 16-18 year old's that's still below the belt, but thats just my view.

I don't care for the site design but didn't see the last - there's no logo at the top which makes it look a little bland but also 12-24, shouldn't a teen site be 13-18?

Err — by definition, it is porn if you want to get technical. While 'porn' by its own wording has become widespread, images or videos designed to create sexual arousal are pornographic. I doubt anyone looking at your half naked celebs is there to research human anatomy. It is there for the sex appeal.

pornography (pɔːˈnɒɡrəfɪ)
writings, pictures, films, etc, designed to stimulate sexual excitement

In any case, you are totally missing the point that your demographic targeting is way off. It would be better to take the advice and bite your bottom lip on this one. You clearly know yourself it isn't the best idea when you refer to what you are doing as "getting away with it" and not just doing it. Please show me any television broadcast that has said something like:

Hi! We are TeenZone UK, a new programme dedicated to children, teens, and young adults aged twelve and over. We talk about teen issues and the advice surrounding them as well as objective viewpoints on the subject at hand and current television and film news. Wait until you get a view of our scrolling gallery featuring a bunch of semi-naked celebs! Enjoy, kids!

Pushing your (very softcore) porn as a selling feature to a site aimed at over twelves is a bad move. While you're at it, update your logo thing at the top of your post with the guy and the site name. Maybe it is a personal preference but I am pretty sure I saw that kind of thing around the dawn of the new millennium.

Liking the site but I agree the age gap should be a bit bigger. :)

I disagree - the problem is the age gap is too big - for a teen site you need to attract teens - I for one am not a teen so while you can say its for people up to 20 something I myself would probably avoid it

Obviously there are sites similar to TeenArea that have a large audience but usually there name accommodates this.

I would like to thank everyone for their feedback regarding the age issue.

After taking Habbox's comments on board + many other forums / social networking, we have decided to move away from teenagers (the plan was to do that in August anyway).

We have now moved to www.mediapick.co.uk x
