Realised it was impossible to do without a big number of digits in the bank due to cashflow. Defiantly wasn't dueable when i was 17 :P

OneBip has loads of fees and not many people accept OneBip as a payment. I would recommend getting a 3V Voucher which is a pre-paid voucher you can get in the UK from any store which accepts PayPoint which are most corner shops etc. Although you need to spend at least £20 and if you are under 16, get an adult to do it for you. But the outcome is brilliant because you can use it as an actual credit card for PayPal and any online place accepting credit cards. You pay first and you cannot go over so you can't go in debt either!
