how about a garden? loads of garden furni is out at, so you could make one. :P
if you're looking to make a room that could get popular i'd suggest a dating room, adoption room or a restaurant where noobs can work!!

Could always get a group set up if you made a place where people can work,

One of those things gets raided, and I'm always ending up on KoS :'(

OT: How about a old factory, with rollers moving along boxes or something based around that.
