what's your preference? For me it's jeans, never liked chinos at all :(

entirely depends on the weather :S i haven't worn jeans in weeks because it's been warm outside so i've just been wearing shorts/chinos. if it's cold outside, then i'll stick to jeans as chinos are far too thin for the rain.

Definitely chino's. I used to wear jeans all the time but now I don't feel comfortable in jeans whatsoever and I'm extremely picky about jeans when I'm buying them, they have to be perfect and it's very rare that I find a pair that I like, so I don't really wear them any more.

This just popped into my head, but.

I think the difference between jeans and chinos is this. I think jeans, you can wear with everything! It will suit well. However, with Chinos I think it only appropriate to wear if you are dressed looking smarter. I don't mean shirt and tie, but a simple Polo shirt, sweater, jacket etc. I think what does look stupid is people wearing chinos with big trainers, hoodies etc.
