Forum Staff Read!

Hey! I am just suggesting that the Forum has a Food section seeing we don't currently have one!

Not needed imo, however if we see a massive amount of decent food-related threads its more likely to be implemented :)

It just gets whacked in the 'discuss anything' bit tbh, I don't think it's popular enough to have it's own section :P

I miss the food forum. No one hardly makes threads about food anymore :( Why can't we have a subforum inside discuss anything? WHO GIVES A CRAP IF IT ISN'T VERY ACTIVE IT'S FOOD FOR **** SAKE AND ANYONE WHO SAYS NO NEEDS TO DIE

yes i love food and i think this forum needs a food section or maybe a sub forum just for food. ppl can post recipes or teach them how to cook or talk about the nice restaurants or anything related to food. that would be so awesome

So I don't possibly get how it'll be unpopular? All those threads (excluding 1) were made 14 days or less ago. As for the issue of the forum being too big, just add a [Food & Drink] prefix into the Discuss Anything sub-forum if that suits the forum better?

it goes in and out of fashion to talk about food and drink, but I do like the idea of having a prefix within the forum!

I think it is fine as it is, and I think having a prefix with food and drink would make it look ugly in my opinion.

I'm against having prefixs in the discuss anything forum because that particular forum is for everything else unlike other forums that category that focus on one or two specific topics. By adding a prefix to me its taking away the variety of the forum because IMO food and drink isn't the most popular subject in that forum.

there's no reason for a prefix or a separate section, it's seems fine how it is. if someone desperately wanted to make a thread involving food or drink then they are happy enough to post in the 'discuss anything' section as people have said.

I hate prefixes, they are useful in some cases like in the bugs forums for indicating which sites but I always thought a thread title would indicate what topic it was discussing :P

To give a bit of background as to why "Food & Drink" was removed, one of the largest criticisms Habbox Forum faced a couple of years ago was that we had too many forums in comparison to other Habbo forums - and it was true, we had loads! Therefore we restructured the forum a little to reduce the number of forums we had - removing inactive ones. In the "General" category, there were a number of inactive forums and even 'Discuss Anything' was quiet, therefore we removed Food & Drink and several others so these types of topics could be discussed in "Discuss Anything", as far as I can recall this did at the time make the discuss anything section a bit more popular.
