Last Saturday in Miami it was reported a man was under attack of a naked man who has been identified as Rudy Eugene was literally chewing off the victims face.

“75% to 80% of his face was missing,” Armando Aguilar of the Miami Fraternal Order of Police Aguilar told NBC Miami. “He was actually swallowing pieces of the man’s face.”

“The guy, he was like a zombie, blood dripping, it was intense,” The New York Daily News quotes Vega as saying . “The closest thing I’ve seen to it? ‘The Walking Dead’.

He took LSD and did some bath salt which i guess raises your body temperature and makes it really hot, that's why he had no clothes on because he was probably sweating a lot and his insides were probably burning up. It took 5 shots to kill him because he didn't feel any pain, and when the officer told him to freeze he growled at him and the officer fired his shots from the pistol
