Study Desk - Raising In Value

The Study Desk, been worth 1.5 Hc for absolutely Ages. Then a Sudden Drop to 1.1 Hc :s. People are still offering more then 1.1. Ive Seen in a few shops ive been in. Mayb raise the Value Up to 1.3Hc? I havent seen many people offering 1.5, but usually slightly Under

Furni shops tend to ask for more than what they are worth, where as trade rooms usually just trade furniture for the same price. Also our values are just guides, some ppl dont follow them and follow different guides :). Thankyou anyway.
