View Full Version : Loading Issues
Heya, for quite a while now I've not been able to access www.mediafire.com on my internet, it works fine on other peoples internet. I was just wondering does anyone know the issue?
Its been going on for ages and I'd like to fix it without ringing my provider so Chris; does not have to keep download then sending me them because I'm getting annoyed and I'm sure he is too :P
+REP for any help :)

Maybe your ISP has blocked it?

Apparently it's due to the way TalkTalk makes connections sharing IPs across multiple clients resulting in IP Quotas being filled and IPs being blocked due to apparent DOS.

So they've blocked my IP?

That's why you don't get a cheap ISP I guess. Use a proxy to try and bypass it.

Um use http://hidemyass.com and see if that bypasses it if not go on Google and search for a proxy.

Hmm, doesn't always need 3G to tether. Plug your phone into your laptop and turn on personal hotspot on your iPhone and see if it works. Worth the try, although you'll get data charges on your phone which could work out steep.

I only get 500mb per month so I'll leave it for now, thanks :)
