"Pay Day" game instructions?

(This is about the Habbo game Pay Day xD)

Hi, can any of you tell me detailed instructions on how to play the Habbo game "Pay Day" (it might be similar to Monopoly idk). I've only seen the game once and have no idea how to play it xD. Do any of you lot know? If you do, detailed instructions please :).
