Messengers that support msn?

Msn won't work on my laptop and I'm looking for a messenger I can download that does the following. I'm currently using nimbuzz but it doesn't support multi convos.

It needs:
-to allow me to do conference chats
-make some sort of buzzing noise or alert when I receive a msg
-allow me to change my profile picture and display name
-easy to use

http://www.pidgin.im/ Supports multi-chat convo. I use it, because I can't install the latest MSN on my laptop, Vista SP1 :/

I use Trillian. Allows MSN,Skype and Facebook.

It's apparent you took my post as literal instead of the sarcasm that it was, although I know your post was sarcastic... I was poking fun that people still ​use MSN.
