Just saw a person with the badge of a red heart with a Torch inside and the name of the badge was <3 and the motto was also <3 is this badge got anything to do with the Welcome lounge ????

Go on, post another thread on this I dare you :ll. There's another thread on this Andii :P but nevertheless, you need to go into the welcome lounge (it *should* be given to you via spectator mode also).
