BTS On Video - Combat Action Bar + Adrenaline Bar

A new page over at www.runescape.com/combat has been added to explain how the actionbar and adrenaline bar will work once the Evolution of Combat Update comes out later this year. Also another video has been released to demonstrate it further. You can check it out below:

Also when the update does happen, any potions or items that increased ur special attack bar prior to the combat update will instead boost the upcoming adrenaline bar.

especially with what looks like a one second global cooldown etc as well


the adrenaline looks like a warriors rage where it builds up etc.

Mm Ye dunno why they cant just leave rs alone, we play it for what it is now, a complete rework is just gonna be stupid. At least though my tons of restore spec will become très utile ;)

Ye if u have claws etc but the person I borrow my claws off is the one i go with <.< and seems pointless to buy them atm if their spec is gonna go pretty soon ;( but Ye does have some use I spose

all specs are being removed and will be replaced with abilities

The dragon claws spec as it is will go but will be replaced by a pretty much identical ability if what I've heard it correct!

ah fair enough so it's still got 'special' moves its just not really special as itll just be another ability, and assuming spec recovers will reduce the cooldown of that ability?

(i.e. instead of 100 and reducing to 50% after using it, it'll be normal and go to 1 minute cooldown after using)?

I liked rs cause it was pretty unique and simple it's kinda going down the usual mmo route now :(
