So after the Hotel went on maintenance, I noticed that the Helpers tool had been removed, alongside Events (From the main navigation).

So I sent in a call, hoping that during these 'tough times' that staff maybe actually reading the Calls For Help.. In a word; no.

I firstly asked why it had been removed, and got a reply 'Check out the latest information regarding the global mute on http://blog.habbo.com' Okay.. I never mentioned the mute, but I'll check it out to see why you've removed the Helpers Tool - ALAS! Nothing regarding the removal of the helpers tool, but the introduction of it!

Okay.. So I reply again,

Well, all is well but I don't find this very helpful; why would I need to mute someone if the whole Hotel is muted? Convenient..

I'm getting the feeling that Habbo is nowhere near improvement.. My number ONE Suggestion would be that they employ English Moderators, for the English Hotel..

Habbo; you're never gonna get there!

I have been feeling this too, that no one even reads anything. I have even had the same issue with the more serious contact function on the homepage. I don't remember what it was all about, only that the reply was very irrellevant. They better do something about this, not just pretend they're doing it.

The mute reply is an automated response, bit annoying but hopefully they'll be improving that. As for the helpers, it was only a beta test, not the actual release!

This is what happens when support is outsourced.. :P

Yeah we can't do much hopefully it will be sorted soon! You can tell it's automated due to the mute :P.

Lmao, love it. Shows that our help requests are really being read there and then... not -.-

Ha, I was sending some a few nights ago when my account got locked... I think my last one was "Well it's clearly not sorted at all. Are you human?"!

They're moderators, not a question and answer system. The question you gave them was not an emergency which is only what that system is for. But obviously that still doesn't make sense with that response you got, yet the one they gave you before that redirecting you to the Habbo Blog was all they could do.

They removed the events host and the Helpers tool because they were pointless to have whilst they were disabled. You couldn't communicate via any of them, and with the helper tool still being active, the questions being asked were still being asked you just couldn't reply.

I like how they've now removed the home page, aswell.

The first reply was right. Go to the habbo blog for information about the mute lmao? That's the reason it was stopped, people can talk via the help tool and chat, so why would they get rid of the chat and not the help tool. Also I think the help tool was in BETA anyway. Same why they removed homepages, people can communicate via Guestbook posts rofl.

Hopefully once this all blows over we will have real-life English speaking mods. Cause this is just a huge joke and really makes Sulake look bad (not that they don't already......).

It would be nice but it doesn't seem likely, unfortunately.

Outsourcing is a lot cheaper and more cost effective for Sulake. However it does diminish quality of support. We'll see what Sulake chooses; profit or safety.
