Pretty interesting video towards the bottom which shows how they make it look more appetising for the camera! :)

People need to get over this stuff. EVERYTHING goes through photoshop/whateversoftwaretheyuse nowadays, cars, animals, EVERY photo of a model/celeb in a magazine/newspaper has been photoshoped to remove any imperfections.

I don't really care if it looks different from the advertised picture, at least they're only altering the look and the ingredients all remain the same.

Not at all surprised, things go through Photoshop every day Models, Food (EG this), Elements of pictures combined. Besides it's pretty obvious why you wouldn't get it like that, they create in like what 2 mins.

It was already obvious tbh, every other resturant does exactly the same tbh

What Niall said. Everything goes through photoshop and is fake

You still get the burger at the end of the day, it may look different but you still get what was advertised :P

Can't they get done for false advertising?

Mathew

Well there's nothing false about it really. You're getting the same ingredients as what they show! :P Mmmm, so hungry for a McDonalds; now!! :(... er.. not in that way either.

How is it false though? You are actually getting that product if you go into a McDonald's store. All food companies do it and that's what makes us buy these products :P

Wasn't described as advertised i think? Isn't that against the law?

I don't think that's a problem. You do actually get that burger, they have just taken time to make it look perfect and also change the way it looks so when you look at pictures or a TV advert you can see what is actually on the burger.

They do state in the video as well that it's the same exact ingredients than the ones you get in any of their restaurants.

To be quite honest if i remember i think they actually have some small text under the images saying something about this :P

Interesting video, indeed. But Idk if it doesn't look the same, it still tastes perfectly *mouth watering now*

Just to add on, if they actually put stuff on the burger but isn't on the burger they actually sell then that would be false advertising.

I've heard about this with other foods, such as bread being covered in marmite to make it look golden. At least with McDonald's they don't alter the ingredients.

As has been said before, everything goes through Photoshop these days and the people who are complaining about it are probably still eating it? It's not even illegal anyway because they've kept the same ingredients..
If you hate it that much, don't eat it.

Oh well, happens with a lot of stuff xD. On items such as ready meals, the food is actually cold and sprayed with "stuff" before being placed as an image on a box so that it glistens and stuff.

This doesn't really bother me, don't like McDonalds or much fast food tbh.

food photograph. not surprised, people always do that to any kind of food for magazines and etc. who cares? the ingredients are still the same and it's still edible but it just doesn't look so good. if you wanna eat a perfectly made burger then wait for a few hours or do it yourself

not surprised at all, same with all the burger king stuff. :P

You're still getting the same thing, they just glorify it on the images for obvious reasons. Interesting read though.

I agree with the people who have said you still get the burger you ordered.
