I got the 7 day one and I didn't even realise I was helping at the time. I'll log in and see if I've received the 14 day one, I'm not sure if I started the Helper thing after many of the other players though.

I don't think it's a fault, it's just the extra add ons as the requirement to proceed to the next level was just 7 days!
