No one would know what and when the peak would be, if you have one and your gain profit selling it now then sell it, if not then wait and see if it goes back up. You never know a cino owner may one day wish to bulk buy on the item thus will pay more for it.

Not sure what you mean but I would say it is super rare but not doing to well as it has decreased in value recently.

The price looks fairly stable, so I guess you just need to catch it when it's at about 190c.

This is a question no one can really answer, or we would all be waiting for it ;)

Again no one will know as it isn't a seasonal rare. If more are released it will go down in value though most likely.
