Hi guys, would I be able to play my PC games on my Netbook with this? And is it any good?

Thanks

Probably not, guessing it'll depend on your specs?

gonna have to check if your netbook specs can run the game first

I was warned off playing The Sims 2 and 3 on a netbook by a Sims forum, apparently it's that intensive it can cause damage to netbooks. Don't know how much truth is in it but my netbook is an Atom N455 with GMA X3100 GPU.

You could play something like Mobil 1 Rally Championship on a netbook (from 1998, brilliant game that)

It really depends on the machine and the game, there is some high-spec netbooks which can run games but bottom-middle of the range ones can struggle sometimes running demanding and graphics-intensive games.

Hardware will generally shutdown before any damage is done.

I very much doubt your Netbook will be able to run Sims 2, but your best bet is to install it and see if it's playable.

The drive will work, the likelihood of your network being specced to support the Sims however is very slim.
Although the first game was REALLY GOOD, no harm playing that instead.

However a better drive fix would be to download the disc image, install via that, and then use a no-cd crack.
