I was notified about this via Ruby's twitter and I strangely think thats one hell of a strange glitch - do you think they should be removed or not?

Lol wow. Lucky *****. If I was her, I would have gone informed Sulake about it somehow considering it's unfair to have that much without paying for it xD.
I imagine many people won't think that and would just call me a killjoy though

I would have kept quiet if I was her. It'll be taken off for sure. :P
I'd be happy with that! :-)

I don't think it should be taken off tbh. Habbo ****** up, and it's not Ruby's fault so she should just keep it. Lucky her anyway!

If the company makes the mistake then it's their own fault and the customer should keep it. Any good company would simply acknowledge their mistake and allow them to keep it because they keep the customer's business. Somehow, I don't think Habbo will do that.

Depends how much one paying Habbo / Customer is worth to them? Potentially say £1000-2000 in some cases.

It's hardly fair to account for technical glitches surely? So by that logic, if the technical glitch had caused her to lose all her VIP days would you allow that to happen? I imagine most of you would complain.
You can hardly blame Sulake for every single bug that happens. They already do enough maintenances to reduce errors anyway lol.

It's all about making the customer feel like they're valued by the company. Of course they have every right to remove the VIP days, but if they wanted to keep her happy then they'd leave them. Surely you'd be more inclined to play and perhaps buy credits if you received that kind of service? :P

I would personally, but think how every other user would feel if she had basically unlimited VIP (I seriously don't expect Habbo to last 91 more years lol) by chance. It may make her happy, but she's basically cheating Sulake out of money by holding onto a premium service which she hasn't paid for and doesn't deserve.
I worked out, if she had paid for every single month of VIP in monthly instalments (25c a month) then it would have cost her 300c for a year, 27,300c for 91 years (rounded down from 91.2 xD) and to pay for that via the cheapest method possible (presuming she didn't bet in casinos, didn't use something like eBay or another site I can't name) she would have to do 490c for £50 55.7 times. Rounding that up to 60, she could have potentially cheated Sulake out of £3000 if she didn't bet in casinos/get it via other methods.
I understand why people find it a generous thing to do, but I think morally she should tell them about the error.

Well she isn't really cheating Habbo out of anything because it wasn't intentional and she isn't acting dishonestly or unfairly. It's not like Sulake are losing £3000 either because Habbo probably won't even last that long; not to mention she'll probably move on in a few years too. By all means she could go forward and tell them, but a good company would realise their mistake and let her off the hook (or give her a reward for her honesty). :P
are we sure this is even real? probably just attention seeking, seems edited to me. how would it be fair letting 1 habbo have free unlimted vip and not others just because of a 'glitch'? removing it would be fairer on everyone

I agree with the last bit, I think if she owned up then she should at least be rewarded for that amount of honesty lol. I suppose she didn't intentionally take the VIP, but I believe she is acting unfairly by not informing them of it. I'm still struggling to comprehend that Sulake can be blamed for a minor technical glitch :P. This is quite a difficult moral situation aha, and reminds me of an example where someone drops £100 in the street and how many people would go and give it back or not xD.
But I want to see if this is down to personal judgement as well - let's say FieryCold received the 33,333 days VIP. Would you have found that fair if he kept it? I'll propose the same idea with someone who had been scamming people out of 1000s (via a Casino or sommet idk) on Habbo for years? :P

Its habbos mess up, the user should keep it. luck.. why does this type of stuff never happen to me! :P MAYBE this is why many users haven't got the VIP thing yet.. this user has taken it all ahaaha

How do we know she hasn't told them she posted a picture that they could easily see. Ruby is a great friend and I'm sure she could afford paying for the VIP but least whilst she had it she can get some use out of it lol.

There's also a Sulake staff member who visits this forum now and then, so I imagine he/she would see it eventually and maybe do something about it xD.

She obviously won't keep it, they were bothered enough about the accidental prize of an army sleeping bag to then go and change it to a grey one.
I wouldn't even had told anyone so that I could keep it without anyone passing it onto Sulake

Read later pages not just the first, she edited it.
As for you all saying she needs a life. She didn't intend for it to be posted on here. She simply posted it as a joke on twitter, someone picked it up and posted it on here.
