Yes but I just got an iPad 3 before the announcement and I'm fine with it. I would of waited a few months after it was released to buy a Surface anyway, just to allow application availability to be that much better before I got one, and I wouldn't touch one anyway until someone figures out a way to throw html5 app IE rendering in the trash in lieu of webkit and v8. Plus, buying used would of saved me a few bucks :P
