Looking for a customer service / Support System program for a small company, looking for something alike to;

Was about to buy it, then the payment page didnt work :P
I've also looked at ZenDesk, looking for something in the region of $25-35 really nothing too bespoke, if you can find one thats a Wordpress plugin that's a big extra as less logins :P
