Nah. It's just for the Chinese Market. One of their ISPs is contributing to its development.

Shouldn't be too difficult to sign up to, there is a way to get onto Counter Strike Online so this should be easy enough, if you enjoy chinese that is :D

Looks good though if it is incorporating many aspects of the MW series
