I have been experiencing excessive tiredness so I thought I'd give the supplement "berocca (http://www.berocca.co.uk/home.htm)" a go (well, it's a cheaper alternative to Berocca called "Energy Release" but it has the same crap in it)

I've been taking it everyday for a week or so and I feel so much better :| I can actually wake up early without feeling like absolute crap by 5pm. The only side effect is that it turns me pee a weird shade of yellow :P

Does anyone else take it? Did it work for you? Do you think it's healthy to take it daily?

My brother took it during his A-Levels which helped him a lot. Not sure if he was meant to, but he did :P
I'm sure they're fine to take daily, but make sure to go to the doctors and stop taking them immediately if something goes wrong!

I will :) I don't really see what harm it will do as I seem to pee out all of the excess vitamins.

But darker urine is likely to not be a problem, so just continue if it's working and do well :)
Although if problems do arise, follow Charlie's advice and cease consumption and visit a doctor swiftly.
