What Slayer tasks have you blocked?

We had one of these threads just over a year ago ad I was wondering what tasks people don't like doing.


I have Harpie Bug Swarms blocked because I used to always get them when I was a lower level and never liked killing them. I also have Lesser Demons blocked because I got them often too and their drops are crap and I generaly found them very boring.

What have you blocked?

The only one I've ever blocked was TzHaar, because it was such a pain to get my first Fire Cape and I didn't want to keep getting the Slayer Challenge. I'm very tempted to block everything that's not in Kuradal's Dungeon though. It would make things a lot easier.

Go to rewards on your slayer master, then go to assignments wher you would cancel then gives an option to block ;)

But remember this is only if you've got enough points and you've completed Smoking Kills. :)

30 points = cancel
100 points = perm block
30 points = removal of a perm block

Damn i havent completed smoking kills that probably explains why, Tis all lies though smoking doesnt kill im still alive

Ha ha Ye get it done though ;o slayer helm helps a ton and great to have slayer rings, and ability to cannon aberrants aswell as cancel / block ;p ^^^^^^

Can easily do 200+ black demons in an hour with a cannon though and get easily over 100 crims in that time!

Never skip suqahs personally too quick of a task and good blues off them , + ^^^ ur lucky with those crimsons i never get that much 200 would normaly give me like 70 at most ;l

Updated what I've blocked.

Now it's Lesser Demons and all Polypore monsters.

+ what on earth are you using thats giving u lessers? or is it kura giving u greaters ;p

I wont be 95 for a long time so they can stay there for now and lessers have been blocked for ages. until something else comes along that i hate i'll just keep them there.

Hellhounds came off since no idea why they were on in the first place, musta forgot u could cannon them, and irons came off cause i need the magic xp so like when I do bother training ;p

I haven't blocked any yet. Though when the time comes im going to block Steel Dragons and Iron Dragons. Those things are a nightmare to hit hard on.

Also I know this may seem as a stupid question, but does blocking a certain monster reset your task streak?

Nope it doesnt reset,

+ ye good idea blocking steels and irons, tho they really arent hard to hit on until you get a yak they are very bad money. Once u do get a yak tho if your still doing slayer yea take them off your blocks since then they are decent. As we al know black drags are by far the best money dragon task in general ;)

I just polypore iron and steels, sometimes loose some money on the tasks but there's always the visage chance to profit. also the hard and elite clues.

mm i never do clues so never get any. Personally i camp kbd a lot so my visage chances come ther tbh ;p
