I went afk to make my breakfast for 10 mins [max] and I returned to see that I had been banned from habbo.
What shall I do and who shall I contact?
Many Regards, Olly

Well ideally you should contact www.help.habbo.com but you have to sign in to view the ticket which is mega awkward because you can't sign in due to the ban.
You've probably been reported by one of these ridiculous Safety Patrol members who want to seem important by reporting every other ******* user. You'll need to go onto another ID (different e-mail) and contact help.habbo.com and tell them about the account that got banned lol. No other way :/

I think you mean help.habbo.com (http://help.habbo.com) =P ...
But yeah, hopefully they'll sort it... last time I got banned for no reason it only took them 48hours to unban me via the helptool. ^-^

www. is a subdomain, subdomains are the part that changes: help/admin/login.<domainname>.<topleveldomain> so like sub.domain.com.
The site itself is called "Habbo.com" for example... well, actually it's called 94.127.78.91 publically... but yeah. =P

Not something you'd really need to know unless you owned a site. xD ... but I hope the extra knowledge helps! ^-^

It could take anywhere between 48 hours to two weeks, depending on whether they consider you a priority and how busy they are at the moment. I suspect they are extremely busy due to all the pointless bans they have been handing out recently, so I'm afraid you'll just have to wait really :( Good luck!

Try tweeting Paul Lafo if you can. He doesn't respond to individual help requests or bans but maybe let him know that you were banned for no reason, etc. That's what I did after I was randomly banned for apparently acting out some sexy role-plays. :P

Did it actually help you get unbanned?... Or are you just saying it would be good to so he can try and sort the issues?

Just saying it would be good. I just got banned only 5 hours ago so he hasn't replied. But if he's at least aware of the issue with the support tickets/random bans hopefully it can be addressed and sorted.

I'm sure he's aware of the issues as I'm sure he gets statistic reports on the amount of accounts getting banned and unbanned on an anual basis as part of his stat checking...
But he encourages us to Tweet him, so it would be a good idea to - then he knows that it's one of our priorities.

Seen some other people tweeted him about unfair bans and he was like if theres sexual chat in the logs we ban.
Theres so many people getting unfair bans and last night I reported 2 people sitting on a bed like 'goes faster etc' and they said no evidence in chat. lmao

It's ridiculous, they don't even investigate reports. If you put in a request they should get it sorted, or at least contact you in 7-10 days. That's the typical time I've seen, but they do have a lot of people appealing unfair bans at the moment so it may take longer. Good luck getting unbanned!

Thanks everyone. Ive tweeted paul and hopefully he will get in touch with me!
There seems to be a rapidly increasing amount of users being banned for silly things they haven't done. Surely you won't get banned if the 'Habbo Patrol' ban you straight away because pretty much 70% of the users are part of the Habbo Patrol.
As said above, you'll probably have to create a new ID (account/e-mail) and then make a support ticket that way on help.habbo.com (http://help.habbo.com).
