the hair is really good but the eyes look way too close together. everything else seems fine though, well done :)

The hair and ears is fab, there's still something about the face, don't know what though :(

yes definitely dither under arms and neck
and people said the eyes on mine were weird!!?!? this one looks like it has special needs pmsl
it's quite nice and I like how the hair is a mixture between just scribbling and actually taking time to fine tune it so that it actually looks like the original :)

a technique to merge two colours, often used in pixel art to reduce colour use and stretch out the shading with very little effort.

This is pretty good Sam apart from the eyes (as mentioned quite a few times above). It looks like Ron broke his wand and tried to do some magic which backfired quite badly.
+I am not obsessed with Harry Potter, I just include it in all my posts regarding you because I know you think that I am obsessed x
