How did Lost_Witness take over Callie?

I don't really know how Callie got removed/fired as a Hotel Manager and how Lost_Witness took over - i've googled it and it says this:



As you know Lost_Witness and Bucho6 are our current hotel managers, before that was Calle Lost_Witness really really wanted to be the hotel manager, at this current point he was working in an office for Sulake©. He decided to log on to the actual hotel (UK) as Callie, he then used special tools, of which staff only have, to pick up all of Lost_Witness’s furni. He then reported this to the Big Boss of Sulake© and then they investigated and saw that Callie’s account was the one that hacked Lost_Witness. So Callie was fired, and Lost_Witness was given the role of Hotel manager alongside Bucho6. Its also funny how whenever a you speak this statement on Habbo, that’s the discussion forum and the Hotel, that you receive a perm ban!

I'm not sure if thats true, lol. Any solid facts of the story?

Lost_Witness was firstly made temporary Hotel Manager, and stayed temporary for a few months. This came about after Callie quit, but there were very strong rumours that she was about to be fired. That's the version I prefer to believe.

I'm pretty sure Bucho6 was introduced quite a few months down the line, long after Lost_Witness had been HM himself for a while. I remember people would refer to him as "Chris" making it seem like they knew him personally. All the pretentious kids did it. :P

No, I don't own a company. :) I work as the Community Manager (Moderation & Safety) for a games company. Like I said, I nearly hired her for my department (which, incidentally, we're still hiring for!) but I spoke to Rebecca Newton on Skype and she was like "No, no, no! STAY AWAY from her!" I think so. I distinctly remember a news header with dionysus in it sitting on boxes when they announced that he would be the hotel manager for the moment! Before that he was assistant to callie and Lost_Witness only actually became HM when dionysus moved from the UK hotel over to sulake HQ in finland.

It is also true that she lived a lifestyle she couldn't maintain and was unable to pay her rent in central London. Perhaps not surprising considering how much it costs. Lost_Witness started as an ordinary Habbo and worked his way up, first as a Hobba and then as staff (starting as player support). People did call him 'Chris' but that is because many people played with him in 2002-2004 before he was staff. He was temporary and then Dionysus announced him as permanent Hotel Manager in the summer of 2006. He didn't get made redundant for so long because he had worked at Sulake for so many years he was entitled to a large payment. Was easier for them to try and marginalise him until he found another job.

This information came from former Sulake staff such as Rebecca Newton (as outlined in my post :P). I cannot verify the veracity of such information, but I have no reason to believe Rebecca would lie to me, given we were discussing Justine as a candidate in a relatively neutral setting - Rebecca is well connected to the community management industry and I thought I would seek her views on Justine.

It could well be inaccurate, of course, but I doubt that. Feel free to PM me with any further questions, Alex. :)

I think you could be right, and was forced to resign. So many rumours and stories, we all know Callie was quite a character, and certainly not a perfect HM. I was told she also met up with several Habbos, some of which may have been under 18. It’s difficult to believe everything we hear, and no doubt some stories have been twisted. I never heard any stories of her stealing, but many that she regularly gave away rares to those who worshipped her lol.

Yes, Justine Hill, aka Impetious was Callie... along with a few other accounts... I had the list of all accounts logged in from her ID/IP at one point... I don't know where it is now... but it's all the accounts you'd assume like "EasterBunny" from the Easter trophy-campagne and "BonnieBlonde" from that campagne... etc... but yes, it proved that they were likely the same person... it also proved the account "Callie" wasn't old enough to be a hobba let alone a moderator!

Then since then various staff members have confirmed it to be true.
