hey im trying to reply to habbo support via email (since i have no idea how to do it through the help tool as none of my tickets will show up) but when i send it i get a reply back like five minutes last saying that it has not sent. I know i can use this method because the email says i can but idk whats wrong. Any help would be good!!

Did you check your spam for an email from Habbo asking you to confirm your help tool request? I had this when I wasn't properly logged in to the help tool but put my Habbo name in.

Yes i got this and i done that and the send me an email asking for more information but when i try to send i get this? does that mean i'm banned or something i done understand.

Not sure to be honest then. I've never tried replying by email. Always done it through the help tool.

Is it not under the current requests tab? Or closed requests link on the right hand side?

nope neither of those show anything despite me getting a ticket number :(

You can no longer reply to their replies via email. They say you can, but you can't, it's the same for everyone. Only way is through help tool which you can't access as they ID ban. Poor.
