Close the client you're on, then try opening it using the link below, a few users are having issues with the client and this seems to fix most; might help with this.

Are you wearing a scripted colour from years ago or something? Try clearing your cookies in the cache

That's crazy! Have you tried clearing your cache or switching browsers? What browser did you get that error on?

Scripted colour?... There are no script-coloured avatars left, that was patched in 2002ish.
The way they patched it was to change the avatar skin-parts to a validity-checked string of characters... then later they changed back but now do a check! xP
When they changed back, they left all string-avatars that didn't test out Sulake's "Special new looks" with their old avatar looks...

This bug causes both: old colouring and HC clothing without HC.

yea. Looks like a problem with safari because I went on chrome and it worked. Thing is chrome is so laggy on mac and I can't even speak on it! So I'll have to stick with safari and change browser when I want a new look :(

Ahh, you have a mac... hmm... I'm really awful at mac support... I did suspect it would be browser specific, which I am usually able to fix quite quickly on windowsOS... but I suck at macs. T_T

Hopefully someone techi-minded with mac-experience will come offer advice soon!

omg georgia. don't be saying that. I literally can't use chrome because of the lag when I speak but If I can't use signs or dance then :(

I always use chrome and everything is working okay for me. S: I hope it keeps being like that.
