Yoyo, it's me again from the Swedish Hotel. :D

I have just complete my new fansite, but I still need help to create a CMS/Admin Panel for my fansite. I need help, really really much.

Does someone got a guide or a link there I can learn how to create a Admin Panel just for my site? Or do you know how to create one?
I want it to be simply and that stuff.

Thanks for helping.

Depends, do you wish to create custom admin system? if so how are you with coding? As that is a big project to start on if you have no idea.

You could use http://habboemotion.com/#resources -> CMS but i haven't ever used one.

If you want a true heavy developed CMS try Joomla.

I use 000webhost, do you know any guide or a video there I can learn to make a admin panel or a News Panel?
I just want a "News panel" there my staff can write on my site. But I still don't know who to make it work.

Free host for a fansite? God no.

Basically from the admin panel you send stuff to the database, then the frontend takes the information and displays it on the page. If you don't know PHP, I would learn it or look for a very light CMS.
