These automated systems are ridiculous and this pretty much proves that some staff intervention is urgently needed. sigh. Now that this has come to light I can just see idiots reentering their rooms for the final part of the competition and ruining the fun for those of us who actually like designing rooms.

Ok I checked .es. It's clear this winner did use the same room for each theme (and got 1st place ;l) and it's an ok-ish room I suppose :P :

It's more obvious on .com.br that the doubling is happening with the same room. Winner number 1 on .com got 9800 or so points, person in second place got 3400 or so. I don't believe there can be such a big gap between 1st and 2nd without something being wrong, especially considering 2nd place was AMAZING. 1st was good, but 2nd place... just look:
