Does it still change colour when clicked the 'arms' of the chair to green or red?

Mine doesn't do anything when you click the red/blue buttons on the chair.

I don't think they do I had one a couple of weeks ago and it didn't do anything.

No they don't, they disabled that function in BETA I believe Michaeel;.

Hasn't done that for a longgggg time haha :P

yeah haha, only found out it changed colour like 2 months ago whilst doing a wiki page. Here's an image someone had of the system on Habbo USA:
