Turkey registration back open

A few weeks ago turkey registration closed, we expected maybe because there was 10,000 users registered.

Today the registration is back open - could this mean Habbo turkey is near?

I really really doubt it.
It'd make sense; that way new Turkish users don't have to use one style only to have it switched to Illumina within a few days/weeks. Could be off-putting to new users having to go through a gfx change like that
