I just got perm banned on Habbo? ;S

Wow, I was in a room and was in a Temple Run... and I joked " I am hotel staff, i am your leader for the next game " and that got me perm banned? HOW THE HELL Lol! Im banned till 2023 for using scamming intentions as a Hotel Staff. I didnt try or attempt to scam anyone? nor did I say anything to try and persuade them to do anything.

Should I contact support?

Yeah you should, moderation isn't at all great at the moment nor has it been for months. It should be sorted soon though requests I think are quicker than previous times.

Good luck but I don't think the customer support will unban you.

I had a very similar experience with you. I was chatting with some friends in a room, then we were talking about noobs in the hotel, and I decided to act like one. I reloaded the room with black suit and shades, and said "hi........................... can I have furni please.................gimme ur pw i double ur furniz.......................". I got banned till 2021 for that.

We are all joking, but we did say the very "keywords" to get banned, they don't care whether you are joking. I tried appealing several times, all they said is "Scamming is against the Habbo Way. Your account will not be unbanned."

Yeah you need to create a new ID with a new email and do a support ticket via that. They will then just ask for the banned account's info so they can prove its you.

Made another ID that got perm banned for unfit purpose lol, so all the tickets Ive sent of I cant see them due to ban so what do I do? make a third ticket?

I have two Facebook emails one which is Oidz and my accounts and my other Facebook account which consists of a name TomLoves69ner and I can see why that got me banned :L

Ive made a non-facebook Habbo account now and made a suitable name. So I've now made a third ticket. :L oh my god they must think im annoying but they shouldnt of perm banned me on Oidz :/

So I made appeal about a perm banned account, they said I needed information to prove im account owner lol then I got this

So Ive been wrongly perm banned on Oidz, and you cant even appeal your ban with that account which means you have to use another account to try and appeal the ban and to top that off they ask for information from you. I created that damn account from seven years ago and I cant remember some of the information from all that time :S yet I can still log in via facebook but they dont accept that.

Hate Habbo sometimes lol, any advice?

Im making a new one and im copying and pasting all the characters from the character selection on my Habbo Facebook ID along with the message sent to me why I was banned. God its so annoying its unreal, they need to sort this customer support system out.

There idiots, I dont know how much more I can prove. I have no idea when I bought credits, I was a kid back then and I had a different mobile phone number which I probably cant remember now. There pissing me off!

I have to prove information to them from years ago, how can I remember stuff like that? :S I can easily log into my account via facebook. It's their stupid system where you cant log in from the banned account and it makes the matter so much more complicated. It really angers me Habbo do this.

I want to rip Habbo head off. So first of they perm ban me wrongly and now I can get my account back as I dont have the required information. How hard is it to unban someone and let me access my account? I CAN LOG INTO MY GOD DAMN HABBO, I JUST NEED TO BE UNBANNED.

And the other thing is I provided them lots of information, but they need every single bit of information - LMAO! There whole system is stupid, I have to appeal on a different account? why cant I appeal on Oidz.

The problem with banned accounts not being able to access their appeals has been apparent for over a month now and nothing has been done. It's rather annoying.

This sort of ban is ridiculous and just goes to show that context and jokes are still a very weak point for moderation. The fact that you can't even appeal your ban because you don't have the right info just makes it ten times worse! :(

They've tightened security surrounding the help tool and who has access to discuss accounts since it was hacked last year and the database was leaked. I guess they're just making sure you have all bases covered and aren't one of those attempting to use stolen info to discuss an account. I can only suggest that you send them every scrap of info that you know and if a question is asked that you don't know the answer to then remove it completely from the email.

When I appealed I didn't create a new account I just sent one.. I was logged into my banned account and then I clicked at the bottom contact us. I couldn't view my support ticket but when I got unbanned it was in my history of support tickets.

UPDATE: Still currently banned.

But I did send a customer ticket on my banned account the day I got banned. Saw an email from cutomer support from a ticket I sent a week ago aha, maybe my banned ticket might come through in a few days.

Contacted Habbo yesterday, got unbanned :) turns out I didnt need to provide every correct single information. That other person who spoke to me was wrong lmao.

Anyways they said my ban was legit, tbh it wasnt - its just an auto response I feel because there lazy but they gave me a second chance :)
