Long post so bear with me:

1. Stack all the items you want which aren't chairs at the heights you want them (so everything but the gothic chair and bench)
2. Now roll a single-space chair of any kind (you'll be removing it at the end so it doesn't matter) onto the square where you want the gothic chair / japanese thing to go
3. Now set up a tile really high up on rollers (any tile-item will work; marble, brown, coloured, arrow, stage box things etc)
4. Now you need to stand on the tile (wired is the quickest way but you can use teleports or other ways too)
5. Once you're standing on the tile which is high up in the air on the rollers, rotate the rollers so they face your stack
6. You should now roll onto into the stack, taking the tile with you
7. Now put a ditch corner on the rollers, then put a table item at least 2-zshelves high on the ditch corner, then put a chair on the table item(s)
8. Sit on the now-raised-up chair
9. Move the chair which you are sitting on off the rollers and you will roll into the stack taking the table items with you
10. Remove the table item which you just rolled in (this is easiest if you use a big table item like a pillar) but leave the ditch you just rolled in
11. You can now add items to the bottom of the stack so build up to the height you want your gothic chair and add it in.
12. Remove the tile from the top of the stack and go back to step number 3 and repeat so you can add your bench on top (remember that the square adjacent to the one with the gothic chair on it will also need to have its height reset before the bench will go on).

Once you're done just take out the chair at the very bottom of the stack. That chair might seem unnecessary but it makes things a bit easier.

Also if you don't have a tile you can do it a slightly different way. Just say if you can't get a hold of one.
