Correct me if I'm wrong, but Sulake has no power over what mods do, they are not employed directly by sulake :P

Oh actually fair point, they're outsourced. I believe there is some form of control between Sulake and the Moderators though, but I'd need to know a lot more about business to even have an idea haha. Someone like MatthewRMG; might know.

I'm pretty sure Sulake will have some control over what the MOD's can and cannot do while working for them. I'm also sure that they would get fired if they made some pretty big mistakes.

With reference to Intersocial, Moderators for Habbo are run by an outsourced agency - Sulake do not have direct control over them but work closely with outsourced moderation partners to ensure a high level of quality - basically, Sulake set the parameters of the work that the Mods do, the Mods do it, and then Sulake decides whether it's an acceptably high level of quality. If it's not, they can terminate the contract - but they're not responsible for disciplinary issues, etc. as far as I'm aware.
