Hello.
This is more of a general question in regards to two topics, so see how we go!
Does England have jobs like in Australia where if you're a tourist you can come over and work on a farm or pick berries and **** like that and get accommodation on the spot? Stuff like this (http://www.workstay.com.au/fruit-picking-yarra-valley-victoria) really..

Also, if you buy a car (or a minivan like a VW Camper kinda thing) do you NEED insurance in the UK? Or can you drive it willy-nilly like in Aus?

Considering options with a move/holiday over there :)

I think the insurance you have to have if i remember correctly. If you move to england you can get jobs but as a tourist i dont think you can (obviously you can pick berries of public trees and bushes if you want as it is not a job)

to do any form of job you need a national insurence card. it wouldnt be hard you getting one being in the commonwealth (i think aus part of commonweath)

For working over here you definitely need a work visa rather than a tourist visa.

There is actually a special visa for young people from AUS/NZ/some others where you can work etc.

Check if you're suited:

You need insurance on every vehicle in the UK unless it is declared 'SORN - off the road'. Car/van insurance here is extremely expensive especially for younger people.

Good luck!

Okay I don't need information on visas, I am allowed to work there because I'm a European citizen. I just want information on the job I showed.
Fair enough on the car, probably not a good idea then!

Other jobs here are you work in the outback helping out on farms and stuff and get paid.. is there anything like that there?

There's some seasonal work in terms of picking fruit etc but there isn't that much around especially at the moment with the economic mess and the crap weather.

you don't need a job here. just claim benefits and you're sorted.
