You will need
- Quite a few seatings
- dices, preferrably holodices if you're just starting out and that it's cheaper.
- stickies with rules, games, conditions, etc.
- optional items as you expand :)

Rare seating would obviously make your casino look richer. Also don't use dicemasters as 1. They are expensive and 2. They are annoying - lol :p

If you have a spare hc then I'd recommend selling it to someone for 10 holodices - 2 booths there. Also popular is a V.I.P bit - so your friends and important people to you can feel important :D :) ;)
