You're still not making any sense. What exactly is your problem and what questions do you want to ask? All you've done is make a bunch of statements and ask someone to PM you.

any 680 will do as long as your psu and case can cope.

I'd format the hard drive and re install windows.

Nvidia recommend a 550w minimum power supply and so would I. Do you know exactly what power supply you have (i.e what manufacturer and model)?

350W isn't going to be close to enough to run a GTX680, Nvidia may have improved the power consumption on the 600 series but they're not miracle workers so you're going to have to get another PSU.

Any version of the 680 will do, although I've seen benchmarks and the difference between the 670 and 680 isn't worth the additional cost.

For your OS problem (this will wipe your HDD)

1. Boot off your OS CD
Press Shift + F10
type in "diskpart" and press enter
type in "list disk" and press enter
look for your HDD
type in "select disk (number your hard drive is, it's usually 0)" and press enter
type in "clean"
Follow the OS installation CD normally and install it on your HDD

2. Buy a 600W+ Corsair PSU

3. You don't need a NVIDIA 580, heck you don't even really need a 570 so get either a 560/570
make sure it's manufactured by a good brand like ASUS
