Hi.
Is the Graphite Pillar in existence on .com? I'm sure it was sold in the USA catalogue... but I've never seen one in-client and Habbox RV doesn't have it listed with a value so I'm confused haha. I tried looking around today (i.e. Marketplace) but couldn't find it :(
Does it exist on .com? :L

Okkk. Thank you both x I presume they weren't sold in the catalogue then if they're extremely hard to come by? :o haha.

I doubt they were tbh. Personally pillars are one of my Fav rares and they are blooming hard to come across in the first place other than gold and classic, and pink being pretty difficult, but the rest are so rare to see tbh. Ye I would say graphite probably weren't? I wouldn't be able to confirm this at all but it was likely a comp prize at some point in my opinion, as that would explain *** rare they are. Intersocial;

Hmm Ok. I looked at all the releases for Pillars and they do seem to be rather uncommon (even globally) except for the Gold, Classic (like you said) and terracotta haha :P. I will do some digging online and try find out how they came about on usa :o

Edit. I think they did come about in catalogue on Habbo USA. Haha, I found an old forum thread which you commented in Jan and JerseyShore, tis only from April pfft http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=745168. I imagine it was in the catalogue (Feb 2008) but it may have been one of those Rares that only remained in there for a few hours before being removed. And because of the merge + deleted accounts + banned accounts, it could be plausible that so many were lost even via a catalogue release? :P

Pipette; would you class the Graphite Pillar as a Super Rare on .com then? :P Considering JerseyShore; thinks there's only about 8 in circulation haha :)

not if it was released in cata no, as the proper definition of a super is something that was never released into catelogue xxx

There is such thing^^ its a rare thats abvaliable seasonal like Ice furni I think and easter furni.
I thought you classed super rares and classic rares etc on how much things was worth like some super rares got put to classic rares because of the merge

Classic Rares are all the Rares before V7 I believe (So e.g. Crusoe's Hammock, Holoboy etc). I always thought the super rares bit though was based upon value, not it's release haha. I presumed catalogue rares were ones that had been released in the catalogue and were of a low value not quite high.
And oh right :o

To Clarify
Classic rares = collectables from catelogue
Seasonals = really just good norms that come in and out of catelogue at different points of the year (gothic, christmas, cabin etc)
Super rare = item never released in cateogue [which is why even shoddy things like that red box thingy are supers]

That red box thing is technically called a super..... omg. someone should change the wording please. Can we have it officially called "crap supers" and "good supers". It's a shame really, it was meant to be a compensation Rare and worth quite a bit... that worked out well lol.
WAIT. So if a V7 Rare.. oh idk urm, the White Spaceship Door, was sold in the catalogue , it's classed as a Classic Rare? But surely that means the Beanstalk is a classic rare. It seems weird you'd associate "classic" with "old" yet the beanstalk is from 2010? :P (not that old compared to other rares).

oh is the site not classing beanstalk as a classic? are you sure it came out as a collectable or not tho, under the actual mp tab of collectables? i'm not sure if thats how we're classiying them but thats certainly how ive always known it to be.
Ye we could class them as crap and good, but wher do you draw the line? i think the general reason the red box fails tho is just cause it is really ugly and cause it was given to nearly anyone tbh since loads of stuff would trigger it.
---------- Post added 04-08-2012 at 05:04 PM ----------
Cause for the ultramarine it was litteraly like a purple drag or your stuffed getting one, tho ouch with that drag anyway with buchos rubbish making it drop from 71t to 30t, then the merge dropping it from 30t to 100c lol

Oh Idk how Habbox is classing the beanstalk haha. It might have come out as a collectable, I've only seen it referred to as "New Rares" on some sites because they were the first catalogue rares in about 2 years (when they came out), and because the community was large the value turned crap.
I presumed a set price (e.g. 20c IDK?!!) would be the barrier for a good/bad super rare. Idk how much the red box thingy is worth, but if it was under 20c it could be a "crap super rare" (although im not officially giving that as an idea LOL).

Ye i doubt they gonna use the word "Crap" on teh site L000000L
but hrm supers are too limited as it is, i would gladly classify normal rares under that as how i normallly looks for rares anyway
Low rares - 1 to 9c
Small rares - 10 to 19c
Normal rares - 20c to 49c
Large rares - 50c to 199c
High rares - 200c+
thats just a generalisation fr om me, but the problem with this sort of classification warren is if we were to alter a price to fall on the other side of a barrier would need moving and everyhing, just effort.
on topic of beanstalk ye idk really i just asuming it did come out as a collectable,, i honestly cant remember that far back.

Aww true, I imagine you don't look effort Jan ;[ You put all your effort into Rs don't ya ;)
And ya never know, they might use 'crap' in the future. Always possible!!!

Haha Ye they may do, I don't see any problem with it but then again sulake probs moan about it lol. I don't mind effort personally but its the awkwardness of having to change actually where it exists on the site everytime for an item that fluctuated over boundaries tons, instead of just changing the values, though obviously I have no idea how its actually coded to work atm ;p
