Haha, you all love my furni qs :loveyou:

1) The Blue Spaceship Door. I know it was a Funky Friday prize on .co.uk and I know it was handed out as a gift on another English hotel along with other blue furni (e.g. Portaloo, blue icm etc). Which hotel was that? USA or Canada.
2) The Purple Spaceship Door (NOT VIOLET OR PINK) doesn't exist on .com does it?
3) What 'promotion' was the Violet Spaceship Door given out in? :S

3) not sure originally but weren't it given out more recently again which was what caused its price crash, in quite large numbers? ;p may be going mad tho.

I dno for when but if we could get our hands on value logs for it would be able to see it pretty easily, as didn't it drop to like 5c or something? But Ye i don't think it was the merge that caused that, tho may be wrong.

Yer it's worth 5c atm. I don't remember them ever being mass released again though ? :o Maybe the same thing happened with the HC Sofas though (people sold at ridiculously low prices in mass amounts all over hotel and price slowly dropped?).

I don't think it was "released" but more like some comp that gave out 1k or something? This is just guesses now but anyway ill give you a sorta explanation as to why hcs dropped.

Firstly, there ended up after the merge far more hc than there was on seperate hotels. In general obviously, more of something available creates a lower price. Another point is hcs were 14c for us on UK, but for example on US they were like 10c, and that already meant the prices would even out lower. Another thing is the same for thrones here with UK having far higher prices, and caused a fall in throne prices massively, and let's nog even mention those poor purple drags. But anyway this fall in throne prices also helped hcs to drop a bit. Another problem was that hcs were also starting to no longer be a staple currency, with other hotels already using gbs, which caused less demand for them after the merge, with people now using both gbs and hcs as currencies. After the merge the sheer mass increase in hcs caused that crash to around 5c a hc, and really it was only set to drop. The introduction of VIP also helped this, and for quite a while we saw VIP sofas being used as a bit of a currency, but similarly the lack of demand knocked it down. Finally, the mp was also a catalyst in this, with the let's put lower effect spiraling out of control, which really is what lowered it to 2c in the end, as with the massive numbers being shoved in there was no way to rise it back up again unlike some other rares, as it would just continually get lower till it plateaud from where it could not return.

I have never seen a purple mono on .com hotel and I believe the violet spaceship door was super on UK and went down dramatically after the merge. I remember seeing the violet spaceship door decrease a lot in value.

violet space ship door was given away to habbos who paid over a certain amount of money for credits on uk, I think it was above £10? the orange sleeping bag was the same reasoning, except it was given to anyone who bought credits no matter the amount.

it was then used as a prize for creating a mars space room using the mars patches which caused a lot of controversy for winners buying many ugly 15c patches and getting a 5c gate in return, not even badges as they were told the prize would be a 'super rare spaceship door'.

i don't know how the blue one came to be, but there were quite a few blue spaceship doors around uk before merge, and funky friday is only given to 2 habbos, i had 3 at one point before the merge, was gutted when i found out it was worth so little on other hotels.

not sure if you want to know but the white spaceship door came to existence as a special prize given during the game show week, in family fortunes if you were the first to guess the top right answer you'd have bagged yourself one of them.

I don't think there is any price logs, I am quite sure they were supers though.

to be honest anything could have been given as a funky friday prize, but there are only ever two winners for ff, so the amount they give out has almost no effect on the value, if rares were exclusively given from funky friday you can bet they would have been worth much more than what these spaceship doors were worth at peak value.

there used to be one winner, but they got lazy to write it all out so they started asking people to send in funky friday competitions, both the submitter and the lucky winner got both prize packs! if you won you basically became super rich since most people tried to find excuses to bring in new super rares that weren't on the hotel, so they would own one of two and sell them to casinos,

Oh right :o That's quite clever haha. Wish they still had this kinda thing going on in the hotel now, but the only thing they seem to be prepared to give out is week free VIP to all and badges (and the occasionally tradeable furni that thousands get :l).

violet spaceship wasn't given for payday+, i don't actually recall any spaceship doors being given for the payday+ scheme, actually i have a sneaking feeling that the aqua spaceship door was in payday+ if there were many aqua ones on the uk before the merge. even my memory has it's limits ;)

If I recall correctly, the Violet Spaceship Door was given out on mass along with the Orange Sleeping Bag on Habbo UK, in order to celebrate Habbo UK's 8 or 9 year of being open. So basically it was a loyalty gift. However it was renamed from Violet Monolith to Violet Starship Door and handed out to the winners of a Sci-Fi room building comp. It was then renamed again to Violet Spaceship Door some time after the merge, Meaning that it has had three different names.

Thank you :) Although I was around for Habbo UKs 8th Birthday, and I'm 80% positive that mass gifts weren't given out then? (I believe ludus or someone else gave out gifts if you got into the hallway on the bday though IDK). I never knew they were renamed x 2 haha, that's quite cool :P
