Moderation RUBBISH again?

I have been reporting many users who have been bullying and worse things. I have probably reported about 10 people in the past week and after three hours for every single one, no reply. They didn't get banned and I had to actually cancel the report after hours. This has happened throughout all the week without one successful report done.

What do you mean "again", it's been rubbish for years ;).

Yeah some of my calls I've had answered after an hour (in the past few months)... I mean, I know there's a lot but waiting an hour for a response is ridiculous. All mine got banned though I presume (kept flooding the room with stupid website links whilst i was trying to have a convo :@).

Same. Waiting hours before its even answered. Not on at all.
