Missing edit button

This has happened to me on aanother vbulliten forum and they managed to fix it eventually, but when I want to go edit a post the edit button is not there, on the same bar as reputation, reply with quote etc.

The browser i use is called Maxthon don't know if that has anything to do with it but i doubt it.

Are you trying to edit the post within 15 minutes? Because after 15 minutes you can no longer edit your own posts so the button would disappear after this amount of time. That could be why its not there?

I never knew that, Do you know why it dissapears? but yeah i posted it half an hour ago, wanted to add something

It's always been that way :P I guess that explains why its missing anyway haha!

Members are only allowed 15 minutes in which to edit their own posts. After this time the option to edit a post is no longer available.

Its mainly to stop people getting out of breaking the rules by editing their posts etc, and 15 minutes is enough time to check a post over really xD
