I am disgusted about the hospitality provided by Habbo Hotel. I have been wating 6 and a half weeks for my password. I have sent numerous reminders and many reset requests but I have recieved nothing. I decided that that was not going to work so I attempted to contact a mod every night for a couple of weeks. I got nothing. I then sent off a written letter to Habbo, and I still have recieved nothing. A week later, I phoned the offices. Nothing. Not one thing. I was asked to hold the line, and no answer after 20 minutes. The help tool is a load of bo**ocks, they don't reply to letters and they just ignore the phone. I am very close to leaving habbo. pfft. stupid he-she Callie and her fleet of super-nerds.

just keep trying and try 2 keep a cool head ...or try and hack habbo then find wat u need in a last ditch attempt ;)`

Why can't you just reset your password via the Help Tool using 'Ive forgotten my password?' ?

they will email it. but i had to keep sending requests for my password to be reset. non of them worked untill the 5th 1 :p

Don't u'll getit in like 2 months i sent away for my p/w on a habbo that i own and i can't even remember wen i sent it formy habbo lil,kelly i've just sent 1 saying that i forgot my pass thing so i shall recieve my p/w in around 2 months

If you use the 'Ive forgotten my password' feature on the Habbo Help Tool the reply is automated and contains your Habbo password, all they ask for is your Date of Birth depending on which option you select.

No one has to personally reply to you when requesting your password. Are you checking your Junk Mail Folder?

Adam I Have The Same Problem. I Cannot Login To My Account Because Since A Maintenance Brake The Last Digit In My Password Will Not Fit Into The Login Box. I Have Tried The Help Tool Many, Many Time's, I Have Used Different Email's Just To Check But No Reply. And Yes A Hobba Did Say She Will Pass The Problem On. But Nothing Has Happened! And I Have Phoned Habbo Office's (UK), And I Couldn’t Get Through. And To Top It Of, My Habbo Club Has Ran Out On The Account That I Cannot Login To. And I Have Only Used That Habbo Club For 1 And A Half Day's! I'm Very Displeased About Habbo.

Edit: I Have Been Waiting 6 And A Half Week's Now, And Still No Reply. Also Thank You, To Mystique For Helping Me, Although The Problem Has Not Been Resolved.

If its to get a Pass back from an Account that got hacked or anything.. check your Junk E-mail folder mine is usually sent there.

Well With My Password Problem It Is 100% Habbo Hotel's Fault. They Shortened The Password Login Length! 100% Their Fault!

Edit: I Have Checked My Junk Mail.

Problem Being, All My Furni, Credit's, Everything Is On The Account That I Cannot Login To. And, I Used To Have Habbo Club, Which I Only Used For 1 And A Half Day's, Because I Could Not Login.

I know how you feel! I've been unfairly banned, contacted them using habbo help tool and their @sulake.com emails. The only response was from Glitterkats assistant who said she doesn't deal with bans. It's been a month. I had bought hc and got to use it for about 3 days.

I had an account that Habbo changed the password on for no reason. I wasn't hacked because I take severe precautions to protect my pc and network. All of the items on my account remained untouched and furthermore I noticed that no one had logged in from the previous time I was online.. They totally avoided all of my emails over a span of 4 weeks and it's been 6 months with still not 1 single productive response to the incident. I was given the run around with templated emails and when I finally got a response from the Hotel Manager he gave me the original password that I used to sign up and said "This is my current password" it didn't work, I emailed them again 4 or 5 times and at that point they totally stopped responding.

This was on the Canadian Hotel. I have since received my retribution from them in another way that they had no part in helping me obatin.

My policy is if they don't help you, help yourself.
