Fgs.

I have got absolutely nothing to listen to lately, I am literally going through the same songs/artists on a daily basis (like a mini radio station I am ;)).

- Anything by evanescence
- How to save a life
- 7 things ;l
- Princess of China
- Boyfriend
- Aload of Ke$ha stuff
- Aload of Kelly Clarkson
- Katy Perry
- Lady Gaga
- Everybody's changing
- Blondie :loveyou:
- Paloma Faith

I literally am listening to that all day, call it bad music taste if you wish (although I don't believe in such a thing unless you listen to truly dreadful songs -e.g. Double Take - Hot Problems urgh) but it's what I enjoy and some of those artists have amazing voices, such as Paloma. Can anyone recommend some music for me? :L I'm not really into the latest songs this year (Uk top 40 and whatnot) - there's about 10 maybe in total that I like from 2012. I'm stuck in 2010 and before really. I'll give anything a try I suppose except something like Screamo.

Kpop, also known as korean pop or Korean popular music is a genre that consists of electronic, dance , r&b and hip hop music. I'm sure you know Korea right? :P

Its pretty popular among teenagers and young adults (like buttons) around the world, and the fashion and style of them became widespread as well.

Kpop is kinda catchy and dancey sometimes

I don't mind duffy. I listen to "Mercy" once in a while, and the only other song of hers I know is "Warwick Avenue" I THINK? Love Amy Winehouse, just don't listen that much any more.

Can you recommend a lana del ray song? I didn't like born to die and another one (video games? Or have I just made that up...).
Birdy sang Skinny Love correct? It's a very good song if she did :)
Adele - I like Rumour Has It, Rolling In The Deep, Chasing Pavements, Set Fire To the Rain & partially, Someone Like You. Just don't "adore" her and don't listen that much aha.
Florence is amazing.
Haven't heard of 'bat for lashes' or 'the naked and famous' :o.

i love alllll of lana's songs but my favourites at the moment are; carmen, serial killer, national anthem, children of a bad revolution and i sing the body electric (live). and yeah, birdy sung the cover of bon ivers skinny love. i love both of the versions, haha. and for adele you should listen to her older stuff. some of the songs from her first album are fantastic. try daydreamer and hometown glory, they're my favourites. and you should youtube bat for lashes and the naked and famous. they're great!

nicola roberts - love "beat of my drum" hah
janelle monae... hmm, did she have something to do vvith "fun"? (The group)
Kelis ;)
katy_b - did she sing these lyrics; "I keep on moving vvith the lights on"? If so, she seems pretty cool.

Haven't heard the others, I'll check out the other songs tomoz :D. Thanks xo

+ Ye I generally prefer female vocals aha. Idm Mika and James Blunt, Michael Buble or Bruno Mars slightly. Only really listen to male artists if they're in a band (papa roach, 3 days grace, bon jovi etc.)
(Ignore my vv ;l)

Need to go and listen to loads of artists now aha.

Christina Perri's - Jar Of Hearts is good :) I listened to it about a year before it became insanely popular (I heard it on HxL LOL) and really enjoyed it. Marina and the diamonds, only like "primadonna" - listened to 3 others and just couldn't get into them. Lana and Florence been mentioned :) I'll take a look at the other 2 you said though.

You've probably heard A Thousand Years by Christina too, her debut album is great. If you didn't like Marina's latest album try her first one The Family Jewels, I much prefer it. :P
