YouTube Problem

Hey, Im having a problem with a video; And I'm not that up to date with technology. As you can see the grey bar is full yet the video still has to load up and is freezing more than I'd hope for.

Can anyone offer assistance? :P

The 4oD streams are not like normal YouTube videos, the grey loading bar does not mean anything on the 4oD videos. Are you just having this problem with 4oD or are all YouTube videos having the same problems? Go to www.speedtest.net and see what result you get.
