What colour is your room?/What colour should I paint mine?

Just recently got my whole room plastered and I need to paint it again but I really have no idea what colour to paint it, I prefer darker rooms/colours like brown/grey/red but I'm useless at imagining it

mines white, but then has a black and white wall paper which is really pretty on one of the walls

maybe you should go for pink? or purple? they are nice colours. or you can just have one wall a certain colour idk

If you have quite a large room, dark colours will be alright on all the walls. I thought my mum was a fool when she said "a dark purple wall will make the room look so dark" and ngl, it's so much darker in the evening - i seriously wish I'd listened to her xD.

Do you prefer wallpaper/all walls same colour/a feature wall etc.?

My room at the moment is white with one dark purple wall, would love to change that to red though. I like the idea of having 3 walls white and one a different colour only if it's a dark colour though. I would choose red!

mine's white at the moment. i plan to get some canvas' to replace posters (lol) and just make it a lot nicer by re-arranging it and things, make it feel more me. it looks really empty and the moment which i don't really like, right now i'd rather just go back into the tiny room until it's all done because it's not very cosy. :p think i might stick with the white walls and just have purple furniture in the room or smth. don't want it too dark as i regretted it last time.

Mine's a nasty cream colour, but it's a student house so I can't paint it myself. A pastel blue or green is my preferred colouring at the moment though, if you want a suggestion. Otherwise predominantly white with a vibrant/dark 2nd colour running through would work.

I got blue walls atm with white/cream wardrobes and door etc but mum wants to redo it at some point so I need to think of what I want mine like too :P if you want your a bit darker without making it too teen angsty goth try earthy colours like natural green/brown tones, that'll darken the room but not make it look tacky. Thinking of doing a nice clay-like soft brown myself tbh

just bought some paint, gonna do one wall with my tv on in dark brown (espresso shot) and the rest in creamy whitey yellow (mellow mocha)

If you paint it white, or some other light color, it'll look bigger. If you paint it with a dark or to bright color, it'll look smaller.
Mine is light grey in two walls, and white in the other two.
So it didn't stay as simple as that, I just added posted, wrote some words on paper and put that up too, and then my wall of stuff xD

Hey my bedroom is decorated with white color furniture and light sky color wall. Last month the color of my room's wall was white. I change the color of my room's wall once a year matching with my furniture. White furniture makes my room fresh and clean. I change my room's furniture once a year or sometimes 2 years. I purchase white furniture for my room from many popular white furniture shops. I use white color carpet on the floor. But my next decoration plan is really amazing. White color bed, white color wall and white color carpet but in window green color. Also in the bed I will hang a green color scarp from the ceiling.
